Landmark Properties presents The Standard, a student housing project in Eugene, Oregon

Landmark Properties, a real estate company dedicated to investment oversight, creation, construction, and management of top-tier residential communities, has announced the opening of a major project in Eugene, Oregon known as The Standard, a new student housing project with 247 units and approximately 703 beds.

The Standard in Eugene, Oregon is a development that features over 265,000 square feet of living space and a variety of units ranging from small studios to five-bedroom apartments. Additionally, it is conveniently located very close to the University of Oregon campus and within walking distance of the lively Market District and downtown Eugene.

Wes Rogers, president and CEO of Landmark Properties, said in an interview: “We are excited to welcome students to The Standard in Eugene for this new school year. Ensuring that a large portion of the University of Oregon students have access to nearby off-campus housing is crucial for their personal and academic success. I thank the construction and management teams for completing this project on time and for having it fully leased for the fall semester.”

The Standard in Eugene, Oregon offers its tenants fully furnished apartments equipped with high-speed Internet. The units also include stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and in-unit laundry. As for the building’s amenities, it features a variety of common areas, including a rooftop outdoor pool, grilling areas, hammock and cabana spaces, a fully equipped gym, and an indoor rock climbing wall. On top of all this, residents also have access to an academic lounge, private study rooms, a club, and a game room. It also has parking, numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues nearby.

But this is not the first project of its kind launched by Landmark Properties in Oregon. Previously, specifically in the fall of 2015, this same firm completed The Retreat in Corvallis, near Oregon State University. Additionally, Landmark also manages Sierra Student Apartments, a complex located near Oregon State University.
