Miami Ranks High for New Foreclosure Listings and Market Supply Growth

Miami ranks fourth among the top 50 U.S. metros for new foreclosure listings and third for an increase in months’ supply, according to the April National Housing Report by RE/MAX. Miami experienced a 31.2% year-over-year rise in new inventory, growing from 9,555 to 12,540 homes. This increase contributed to a 54% rise in months’ supply, from 2.5 to 4.1 months. Other top cities for new listings include Bozeman, Omaha, and Phoenix, while Tampa and Orlando led in months’ supply growth.
